The Uniworld UWDUM80B Mixing Bowl is an 80-quart stainless steel bowl constructed of 14-gauge material to be used with compatible commercial equipment. It is mounted on the mixer and the volume required to prepare large volumes of food. The bowl is used in commercial kitchens and bakeries to aid mixing, kneading and blending. It works as an extension of the mixer assembly attachments and lift mechanisms. This is usually changed during servicing or is added as an additional bowl to facilitate workflow and reduce time between mixing cycles.
