The Southbend 4440343 Valve Conversion Kit is an assembly of conversions that is meant to modify the gas flow connections of commercial cooking equipment. It joins a 1/8-inch MPT to a 3/8-27 connection so that the appliance can be used with various gas line setups without having to change the main system. This kit is normally fitted in ranges, ovens or any other commercial cooking equipment and is installed when there is an upgrade of equipment or when equipment is being altered to suit certain kitchen needs.
