Frymaster 8231363 Full Vat Drain Valve

The Frymaster 8231363 Full Vat Drain Valve is a replacement valve that drains in the commercial systems. It can regulate the oil coming out of the fryer vat, which means the oil can be drained from the fryer vat when the tank is being emptied for cleaning, maintenance or oil replacement. The valve is fitted to the full vat outlet on compatible appliance and is part of the drainage assembly on the fryer.
