The Frymaster 8231168 Drain Valve- 1.25 regulates the amount of used oil that exits the fryer by opening and closing a drainage passage that lets liquid exit the fryer securely. It works by a manual system that opens and closes the internal gate to allow easy draining when on and closes when off. It is installed at the bottom of a commercial fryer and is connected to the oil reservoir to control discharge when cleaning or changing the oil.
