The Vulcan Hart 00-497122-00001 Pilot Safety Valve NAT/LP Gas regulates the amount of natural or liquid propane gas flowing to the pilot assembly of the griddle to maintain controlled ignition and constant flame. This safety valve is commonly fitted in the gas line of commercial griddles, which is placed between the main gas supply and the pilot system in order to ensure close control over the delivery of gas. Its design enables it to be compatible with compatible griddle models to help it operate well with pilots and to maintain a consistent performance in commercial kitchens.
