The Vulcan Hart 00-719971 Coated Draw-Off Stem Knob Mount is to provide a secure and easy-to-use control mechanism for drawing off liquids, such as oils or fats, from commercial cooking. The stem measures 1-1/2" in diameter with PTFE coating for durability and resistance against corrosion. The part uses 10-24 threads for secure attachment combined with a 0.3" square knob mount for simple operation.
