The Vulcan Hart VH107789-3 Gas Valve precisely controls gas flow for ovens and broilers through its connection system to provide safe operational efficiency. The straight gas valve connects through 3/8" MPT x 3/8" MPT fittings while its off/on rotation and up/down stem position enables simple heat level adjustment. The valve's 1" stem extends from a 2-5/16" wide base to create a secure connection point which the 1/2 PSI rating helps to manage gas pressure reliably. This valve has been designed for extended use to operate Vulcan 148L, 260L, 36LC, GCO4D, and IRB-36 broilers and improve kitchen operational effectiveness.
