The Vulcan Hart VH108823-6 Thermostat is used to regulate and maintain precise cooking temperatures in commercial kitchens. The temperatures between 250°F and 550°F and includes a 3/16" x 11-5/8" bulb connected to a 48" capillary which provides installation flexibility through its 1/4" FPT outlet positions A, B, C, and D. The thermostat package contains a black dial alongside an adapter and bezel and stem and adapters and gasket and screws for simple installation.
