The Vulcan Hart VH840126-11 Pilot Safety Valve operates as a control mechanism for gas supply in commercial kitchen appliances including fryers and steamers. The valve operates with 300,000 BTU at 3.5" WC through its 1/2" FPT inlet and outlet and 1/4" CCT pilot outlet. With a 120V actuator and ECO slot that provides improved thermal safety while working with a thermocouple magnet to stop gas leaks.
