The Star Mfg Y7413 Kettle Element transforms electrical energy into heat to warm water in compatible commercial equipment. The element is rated at 120V and 1000W and has a 6″ diameter heating surface which is heated by electrical current and transfers heat to the water. It is placed inside the kettle and the element is placed under or in contact with the water during operation.
