The Hobart 00-024900-00002 Wire Whip Stainless Steel 60 QT is a mixing attachment that is compatible with commercial planetary mixers of 60-quart capacity. This wire whip is applied in the air in ingredients during mixing like whipping cream, beating eggs or light batters. The stainless steel wire construction enables complete blending but preserves the right texture of whipped mixtures. It is mounted on the mixer attachment hub and it spins in the mixing bowl as a component of the planetary action system of the mixer. This element is applicable in bakeries, commercial kitchens and food preparation plants where mixing operations are carried out.
