The Hobart 00-24900-2 Wire Whip Stainless Steel is a mixing accessory that is compatible with 60-quart commercial mixers with 60-quart capacities that are used in food preparation. This whip attachment is a mixture of ingredients that are rapidly circulated in mixtures to infuse air and obtain light and uniform textures. Whipping of egg whites, cream or making aerated batters and icings are common uses. It is built to fit large capacity mixing bowls and is attached to the mixer attachment shaft and powered by the planetary mixing motion of the machine.
