The Vita-Mix 001442 Upside Down Glass Rinse is a pressurized rinse water circulated in inverted glassware. Water pressure is directed to a rinse manifold, which uniformly spreads the flow over several contact points so that the inverted glass position can direct the movement of the liquid to cover the entire interior, and then the system switches to drainage and re-initiates the sequence operation mode. The unit is commonly mounted in commercial dishwashing stations adjacent to glass wash sinks to set up a configuration of integrated rinsing workflow positioning.
