The Vita-Mix M1445 Upside Down Glass Rinse is a sink-mounted rinsing unit that is activated when a glass is pressed down on the rinse base during operation cycles. It operates by forcing jets of water upwards to clean the inside of glasses using a mechanical valve activated by the downward pressure. It automatically resets when the glass is removed to be ready to start the next cycle. It is mounted on bar sinks or prep station basins to rinse glasses quickly in beverage service areas and embedded in countertop cutouts in areas near bar washing stations to streamline glass handling workflow.
