The Keating 002609 RX Thermostat Plastic Knob with 5/16" x 8" bulb is a temperature control assembly used in compatible commercial cooking equipment. The knob allow operators to manually adjust the thermostat while the attached sensing bulb monitor internal heat levels within the unit. This combination support regulating temperature responses in systems such as fryers, griddles or warming equipment commonly used in foodservice operations.
