The Hatco 02-16-068 Temperature Control With Probe is a thermal management part for commercial foodservice equipment that regulates the heating operation during use. It is built in the control assembly, and the attached probe senses the temp of the area and relays it to the heating system. This can be used in conjunction with compatible electrical wiring, sensing, and heating units used in commercial warming and holding units. Replacement is generally performed when a response and probe accuracy are inconsistent or when communication between the units is lost during routine commercial operation.
