The Hatco 02.16.068 Temperature Control With Probe is a heating regulation assembly that is intended for use in foodservice equipment to regulate operating conditions during a service application. It's mounted in the electrical management enclosure of the equipment and communicates with attached heating elements by measuring the heat. This product is compatible with any commercial warming or holding system found in restaurants, or kitchens. Replacement is usually performed at the time of servicing when there are problems with the control response, probe readings, or electrical communication with the unit in a routine foodservice operation.
