The Cres Cor 0848-008-3-AC Probe is a temperature-sensing part that is applied in commercial foodservice equipment to hold and warm food. This checks internal operating temperatures and sends correct readings to the control or thermostat system enabling the amount of heat to be adjusted accordingly. It is mounted in the hot area or pre-determined sensing point of warming cabinets and other food-storing units that are usually located in kitchens, health care facilities and catering services. The probe allows the system to regulate the temperature continuously, allowing the appliance to keep the holding conditions constant throughout its work.
