The Cres Cor 0848 008 3 ACK Probe is a temperature sensor that is installed in a compatible heated holding and cooking system. It works by sensing the internal temperatures and sending the information to the controller so that it can accurately monitor and control the amount of heat in the unit. This is fitted in the cabinet or cooking chamber where temperature is needed when it is in use. It is also a major input system for maintaining the right temperature that maintains a constant optimal level of food in normal use.
