The Imperial 1031 Tubular Burner with Air Shutter is a proven, heavy duty, heating element that is applied to provide effective and consistent heat transfer within commercial cooking appliance. This efficient, 23-3/4" x 6" tubular burner is made of steel that will withhold tough kitchen conditions. The air shutter can be fully adjusted to give a better control of air-to-gas mix to ensure the better depth of combustion and hence more efficiency and cooking power.
