The Hobart 719737-00004 Gas Griddle Tubular Steel Burner with Air Shutter 23-3/4" 6" is a replacement assembly to fit commercial units. It controls the mixing of fuel and air by an in-built air shutter and generates a steady flame to maintain the same amount of heat over the entire surface. It is installed in commercial appliances and is used as part of the primary heating system under the cooking plate to facilitate even heat distribution when cooking food in restaurants and kitchens.
