The Hobart 105833 Dough Hook 60 QT Bowls Spiral is an attachment that fits into compatible 60-quart mixers and rotates the dough to start mixing and kneading. It circulates ingredients in a spiral motion that folds and stretches the dough ensuring uniform mixing and operation with the drive system of the mixer engaging the dough by controlled resistance of the spiral form as it rotates in the bowl and circulates the mixture to the center. It is fitted into the mixer hub of suitable 60-quart floor models and fastened for use during dough-making activities before the start of mixing cycles in commercial kitchen applications.
