The Uniworld UWDUM-60DH Dough Hook 60 QT Bowls Spiral is a dough mixing and folding system that uses a rotating dough hook to pull ingredients into the center of the bowl. The spiral hook rotates continuously to hook dough, stretch and turn dough to use flour and liquid and ensure that the dough is evenly combined throughout the bowl for additional processing. The dough hook is fitted in 60 QT spiral mixer bowl assemblies, which are attached to the centre drive and move in the mixing bowl during the dough preparation cycles of commercial baking equipment as specified for spiral mixers.
