The Hobart 108726-G2 Ceramic Radiant Set of 20 is an essential component that distributes heat evenly by absorbing and radiating thermal energy from the burner flame. It work by heating directly in direct contact with flames and radiating heat over the cooking surface. This set is mounted above the burner assembly in the broiler section which is aligned with the specified support track. It is designed to fit in the existing heat distribution layout and is designed to be used with commercial broiling equipment. The radiant are placed in designated slots and they are in the right place and they do not interact with other parts.
