The Hobart 110837-1 Thermostat GS 1/4 inch by 11-7/8 inch 48 is created to control and measure internal temperature in compatible commercial cooking system. It works with a capillary sensing element, which reacts to changes in heat and regulates the turning on of heating elements. This is done to ensure that the set temperatures are maintained to ensure proper functioning. Usually fitted in ovens and other such appliances, it is fitted in the control system to give constant temperature feedback.
