The Vulcan Hart VH110837-2 Thermostat enables commercial fryers to maintain precise temperature levels which results in consistent and efficient operation. The thermostat comes equipped with a 1/4" X 11-7/8" bulb connected to a 48" capillary tube which allows users to maintain temperatures from 200°F to 400°F. Users can install this thermostat through its 1/4" F CCT tube and 3/8" stuff box features. The thermostat system made for fryers enables precise cooking consistency which leads to improved fryer efficiency and protects against overheating conditions.
