The Southbend 116-6562 SPST Thermostat is used in managing temperatures of enterprise cooking equipment and it has a 24” capillary, and a maximum temperature of 350°F. This works through the use of a switch of the Single Pole Single Throw kind to either make or break heating elements thereby regulating the required cooking temperature well. Its dip sealed design also provides durability and protection from moisture and contaminant factors.
