The Vulcan Hart 00-844483 SPST Thermostat is used to regulate temperature in commercial kitchen equipment. The 24 inch capillary has a 3/8 x 3 5/8 inch bulb and a 3/8" NPT stuffing box. It is compatible with a number of Vulcan Hart models, and allows for precise control of heating elements. It is operated with an SPST switch and maintains temperatures up to 350°F. G1 Dip sealed design offers durability and reliable performance in high temperature environments, so it is suitable for ovens and other cooking component that require constant thermal control.
