The Garland 1466000 Oven Pilot Assembly is compatible with the equipment that will provide a continuous ignition flame. It provides gas to the pilot and sends information on the presence of flames to the safety system supplied with an attached lead. The ignition of the main burner occurs through the pilot flame when some heat is needed to facilitate the start up and operation. It is placed in the area of the burner assembly, and it is significant in the ignition of gas. It should be replaced in case the pilot does not remain lit, forms an uneven flame, or is worn.
