The Carter Hoffmann 18600-0015 G1 Thermostat with 5/16" x 5" Bulb and Knob is a spare part of temperature control assembly designed for compatible commercial heating cabinets and holding equipment. Featuring a 5/16-inch by 5-inch sensing bulb 24-inch capillary tube, and control knob it monitor internal cabinet temperatures and regulates heat output to maintain the selected range. As part of the appliances temperature management system it assist to maintain consistent warming conditions for prepared foods during holding and use. Commonly used in commercial kitchens.
