The Frymaster 8074031 Heating Element 14kW 208-volt is a component that is intended, to generate the energy needed to cook food in compatible commercial electric systems. Its operating concept starts with the flow of electrical current through the material of the internal resistance of the element, which produces heat. The resulting heat is passed directly to the surrounding cooking oil in the frypot where it heats the oil to the temperature required by the thermostat or electronic control system. It switches on and off depending on the temperature feedback in control sensors to stabilize the oil temperatures.
