The Rational 24.02.762P Oven Combi Steamer Door Lock is a mechanical locking component that secures against the front frame during the commercial operation. The lock is directly connected to the door latch mechanism to keep the door closed while the cooking chamber operates under heat and steam conditions. It installs within the door locking assembly of steamer and works with the door handle and latch components to maintain proper alignment. When the door closes the lock holds it in position and maintain the chamber seal.
