Manufacturer:
The Rational 24.02.762 Door Lock is designed to secure the cooking unit door in the closed position during operation. It is installed within the door locking assembly, where the mechanism connects with the corresponding latch or catch on the appliance frame. The lock holds the door firmly against the cooking chamber while supporting the door interlock system that verifies proper closure before operation. As part of the door assembly, it works with the latch and interlock components to maintain controlled door closure throughout cooking cycles and allows the door to be released when access to the chamber is required.
