The Magikitch'N 2F-1091401 Top Grid Standard 624 660 is a replacement cooking grid that is used in compatible commercial charbroilers. It is placed at the top of the broiler assembly, and it provides a stable surface on which one can place food directly on the heat source. The grid enables adequate exposure of heat and formation of specific sear marks in the cooking process. It is fitted in models 624 and 660 and has a direct contribution to even heat transfer and the organized placement of the product. When the surface is worn or uneven, it needs to be replaced to get the proper cooking alignment.
