The Magikitch'N 51081091401 Top Grid Center 624 660 is centre-position cooking grid that has been designed to fit commercial broiler units. It is placed in the center part of the broiling surface and assists in the even distribution of heat in the cooking area. The grid is used to hold food in place above the burners to enable direct exposure to radiant heat to control the cooking results. A broken centre grid can be replaced to achieve correct alignment and spacing as well as heat application uniformity throughout the entire broiler assembly.
