The APW 2R-55825 Infinite Switch Knob is a control component that is used to regulate the amount of heat on commercial cooking equipment. It has a 2" diameter with well-marked white numbers that are OFF, LO, 2, 6, and HI that can be used to set the output levels accurately. The knob is mounted on a 0.187" shaft to ensure that it is fixed. It is often changed when servicing or refurbishing and allows the heating elements to be controlled consistently and allows accurate operation in commercial foodservice settings.
