The APW 45582500 Infinite Switch Knob is a temperature control component intended to be used in commercial equipment. It has a 2" diameter scale with white numbers that can be used to select and control the intensity of heat when using it. The knob is fitted on a 0.187" shaft, which provides a stable positioning and better control. It is normally applied when doing maintenance or replacement to regain proper adjustment ability. The knob is a direct interface within the control system that allows the control of the heat output in the commercial kitchen.
