The Star Mfg 2T-3004238 Thermostat D1/D18 3/16 X 13 48 is a capillary-type temperature controller in commercial oven systems. It makes use of a fluid-filled sensing bulb and a capillary tube to sense temperature variations and activate internal contacts to control circuits. The thermostat directly communicates with heating components and control circuits to turn on and off power according to the setpoint, which is calibrated. It is intended to be integrated into D1 and D18 oven systems and offers precise thermal response and repeatable switching performance.
