Star Mfg 2T-Y1668 Fryer LCH is Hi-Limit Thermostat is a safety part is installed to ensure the temperatures do not rise above of 450°F and if it does the heating element shuts down automatically. This manual reset thermostat comes with a 5/16” nickel bulb that helps in measuring the oil temperature for maintaining the right cooking temperature and also for protection against fire. Advantages include; safety by regulating the temperature, protection of equipment, and efficient cooking. It introduces consistency in the temperature of the oil to meet better food quality and increasing the lifetime of the fryer to be in any professional kitchen.
