The Hobart 410841-00023 Fryer Gas Control Valve controls the flow of fuel to the fryer burner based on temperature settings and internal pressure indicators, enabling the flow of gas or its shut-off depending on the operating conditions. It is connected to the control system of the fryer to ensure that the burner is always on depending on the input of the thermostat and secure measures. The component is fitted into the gas line assembly of the fryer and is usually fitted between the incoming gas supply and the burner section.
