The Vulcan Hart 416961-000G1 Hi-Limit Thermostat operates as a component to safeguard fryers from excessive heat conditions. The LCH type manual reset thermostat in this model operates at a fixed temperature of 435 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature monitoring system of the thermostat consists of a 1/4" x 4-7/8" nickel bulb attached to a 24" capillary tube. The preset limit triggers the thermostat to automatically disable the heating elements of the fryer thus avoiding equipment damage and fire hazards.
