The Sertek Llc 7000023-72/PAN Die Cast Aluminium Condensate Evaporator is a single-phase 117V 300W unit to control and generate commercial foodservice equipment. Assembled under appliance systems and display units, it is a 12-1/2" x 4-3/4" x 2-3/4" unit that normally has no direct drain connection and requires excess moisture to be removed. The evaporator is part of the condensate management system, and a portion of the collected water is evaporated to keep water from around the equipment for cleaner operation. Part of the unit is a removable cord set, it maintaining moisture control and overall equipment in a commercial kitchen.
