The Sertek Llc SRK7000023-72/PAN Condensate Evaporator is a 300W 117V ingle-phase unit that safely collects and water from commercial foodservice equipment. The aluminium evaporator is a die-cast, moisture management piece that measures 12-1/2" x 4-3/4" x 2-3/4". It is a standard fitment on commercial appliance systems, display cases and other systems, and is used to convert any water that has condensed to vapor to help minimize water accumulation around the appliance. The evaporator is part of the condensate management system and can assist in a normal evaporator operation by collecting excess moisture generated during normal cooling cycles removable cordset for electrical connection and serviceability.
