The Dean 803-0188 Sediment Tray MJ35 is intended to collect food particles and debris that settle during the frying process, and do not circulate in the oil. It works by placing it under the fry pot region whereby the gravity causes the sediment to settle and be removed later. The tray is fitted at the lower part of the system cabinet, which is placed beneath the cooking vessel. It is designed to fit the interior design of the appliance, enabling it to slide in and out to clean and fit back into place when in use.
