The Frymaster FM8030188 Sediment Tray is a spare part that fits the MJ35 series commercial fryer. It is mainly used to remove the food particles, crumbs and sediments of cooking oil so as to retain cleaner oil in fryers. The tray is placed directly under the fryer vat and it is used together with the filtration and heating system to aid in maintaining the oil circulation and cooking outcome.
