The Dean 806-3383 Remote Cable is an electrical interconnect cable, 20 feet long, used to connect the unit to a remote control panel in commercial systems. It includes control and signal communication between the main fryer cabinet and the operator interface, allowing the control of temperature and operating operates to be adjusted at a remote point. The cable is fitted as a component of the control wiring harness of the systems and is usually installed between the systems and a control station mounted on the wall or in close proximity.
