The Dean 806-3388 Remote Cable 20Ft is a replacement part control interface cable designed to be used in commercial systems. To allow a remote control panel to communicate with the main interface board so that the user controls can communicate with the cooking unit. It sends control signals that enable temperature controls, start/stop and system checks to be controlled remotely. It is also installed in commercial kitchen setups like restaurants, cafeterias and institutional foodservice operations as part of the fryer control assembly to allow equipment placement and easy access by the operators.
