The Dean 807-3515 Thermostat 200°F-400°F 36" capillary is a temperature sensory control unit that is used to measure and control the temperature in a system. It operates by sensing the temperature variation by use of the sensing element and activating an internal switch to sustain set conditions when operating. This thermostat will be used in those areas where a tight temperature control is needed and the sensing zone is accessible by the capillary. The purpose of its general assembly is to assist the assembly in maintaining a constant temperature, facilitate the prevention of overheating or underheating, and permit an average and regular operation.
