The Frymaster FM826-2013 Fryer Thermostat 200°F-400°F 36" CAP TC125 is a temperature control set that has been designed to sense and control the amount of heat within a defined range. It works by its sensing bulb and capillary sensing temperature and initiating an internal switch to turn on heating elements when necessary in the usual operation. This type of thermostat is fitted where temperature control is needed, and the capillary will be able to reach the target zone.
