The Frymaster 8070870 Natural Gas Valve with 1/2" female pipe thread is a gas control component in commercial frying machines. It works by permitting the flow of gas when there is an electrical signal and closing down instantly in case the signal is cut off to ensure, the secure handling of fuel. It is installed in the internal gas piping to supply the burner assembly with fuel. Its purpose in the system is to supply a controlled gas flow, which supports maintaining the desired heating performance and secure operation in kitchens.
